I’ll guide you through the entire process
In the past 5 years I’ve worked with so many couples & families, assisted them with planning, picking the location, styling, and even creating a timeline and more when it comes to weddings. All this knowledge I’m happy to share with you! Whether it is a wedding or a regular session, I pour all of my heart and soul into it!
I strive to be more than just a photographer but someone who contributes to make it a wonderful experience overall for you!
01. wHAT HAPPENS AFTER I BOOK?
Once you book your session, the brainstorming and planning begins! I discuss your preferences and see if you already have something in mind for your session and what your MUST HAVES are. Then I follow up and send you a questionnaire so that we can plan and personalize your ideal photo shoot.
02. PICK A LOCATION
Unless you already have one in mind, I have plenty of locations for you to choose from! From the playful greenery, to sophisticated city views, and a golden sunset on the hillside, I've got you!
I will send you examples and explain my vision, and if we can't find the perfect fit, I will location scout and find somewhere new for you.
03. SEASON & TIMELINE
Fall and Spring definitely tend to be the preferred season for sessions. But don't let that stop you! I am available year round, and even if the weather outside does not seem preferable, I offer indoor studio sessions.
I categorize my sessions by time. Depending on what type of session we are doing, I will work with you and see which best suits your needs.
04. Styling
There is a styling guide I have that I send to all of my clients with the best tips and tricks for what to wear on your session. Something to keep in mind is that this session is YOURS. Yes, I will guide you and suggest what I think looks good, such as colors, coordinating, accessories, etc. However my main preference is for you to wear something that you feel confident and comfortable in! That will lead to the best session and create authentic memories.
05. showtime
The time has arrived and it's the day of your session! Come to the session with an open mind and a happy heart. I strive to make my clients feel comfortable and not awkward in front of the camera. I will pose you and give you prompts, but my favorite moments are the natural ones. Movement, like love, cuddles and laughter are my favorite. Be yourself, and stay in your element and we will make some magic.
06. dELIVERY
After the photoshoot you will receive your photos in digital format. A private online photo gallery is where you see your photos and can download them in high resolution. Check out my packages to see how many photos are included in your package. If you have a limited number or join me on one of my minis, you will have an opportunity to purchase more photos than what is included.
FAQ
Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Travel expenses are an additional fee. Discuss your vision with me and where you'd like to travel, prices vary.
How long does it take to recieve the photos after the session and how will those be delivered?
My turn around time is 3 weeks for regular sessions, and longer for weddings. You will receive an email link to an online private photo gallery.
We want to include our dog in the photos, is that okay?
Definitely! I welcome all furry friends and encourage these type of sessions.
